Below is a list of terms and conditions that you agree to when you purchase a Simply Fresh Theme.
General Use
You may use your Simply Fresh Theme as many times as you would like, on as many domains as you wish. You receive lifetime access to your theme (updates and new releases) and to our Support Forum. Feel free to use our themes as is or customize them for clients. You may modify any element of our themes, be it images, code, PSD files, layouts, etc. Our only restriction is you may NOT sell our themes.
Simply Fresh Themes has the right to change the terms of this website and the licensing of any theme at any time.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for themes that are delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with downloading, we will gladly fix the issue.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. It is our policy to support our themes as best we can, and we will provide support to modified themes or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.
