Hi Keller
I have just created 4 categories under the Feaured Post Options and saved the changes. When I went to my dashboard I got the message that it is still pending. When I hover over a catogory I get the message- Javascript:void(null);
How do I create fully functional tabbed categories? Please Help.

First, make sure you have posts filed under each category. A category won't show anything if no posts are filed under it.
Second, I'm not sure what you mean by your "Dashboard." Do you mean your WordPress Dashboard or are you referring to your Theme Options page?
Third, what is "still pending?"
Fourth, on which page are you hovering over a category and getting a java message?
